Whenever a contractual arbitration provision is involved, there are sometimes threshold disputes about whether a particular matter is even subject to arbitration and/or the scope of the matters to be resolved by arbitration. Once arbitration is required and its proper scope resolved, the firm has the skill and experience to present the client’s case to the arbitration tribunal, and then enforce any award.
