Biography:

Lynn Rowe Larsen is an experienced litigator, bankruptcy and corporate attorney, focusing her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, workouts, corporate and commercial transactions, and creditors’ rights.

Born in El Paso, Texas, she is a graduate of Hillsdale College. Ms. Larsen received her law degree cum laude in 1991 from Wake Forest University where she was honored as a Fletcher Scholar, served as Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Journal from 1990 to 1991 and was on the Benton Moot Court Team from 1989 to 1990.

After law school, Ms. Larsen entered private practice at the Cleveland, Ohio office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, where she practiced in the corporate and bankruptcy departments for eight years. She joined the Law Office of Timothy Farrell Sweeney in 2000.

Ms. Larsen is admitted to practice before all of Ohio’s state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Ms. Larsen is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and its sections on Commercial and Bankruptcy Law.
